All persons using the golf course do so at their own risk. South Cerney Golf Course Ltd accepts no liability for damage, injury or loss to any persons or property however caused. Persons using the golf course should ensure they have their own personal liability insurance.

Car Park Persons using the car park do so at their own risk. South Cerney Golf Course Ltd will not be responsible for any damage, injury or loss to any person vehicle or the contents.

The Directors of the golf course reserve the right to adjust the Green Fees at any time.

No refund of the whole or any part of the Green Fee Pass will be payable in any circumstances whatsoever
